Memberships at Kingswood Golf Club

Full Equity Memberships:

Single: This membership entitles any one player to unlimited greens, reduced rates for cart rentals, and allows tee times to be made one week in advance. This membership allows you to participate in any club-sponsored events, leagues and sanctioned groups. In addition, you are entitled to in-house charge privileges. Your children or grandchildren under the age of 14 can play with you for free and your guests enjoy reduced rates. As an equity member of Kingswood, you are an owner. You decide the direction of the club by being eligible to vote at the annual meeting and any other voting issues that may arise throughout the year. You are entitled to one vote.

The dues for 2010 are $1645 and the share certificate is $1500. We do offer 0% payment plans for the share upon request. Should you resign from Kingswood, you are entitled to a partial refund of the certificate when a new member joins and purchases your share.

Member & Spouse: This membership is available to any persons who are considered legally married or joined in a civil union and living in the same household. This membership entitles member & spouse to unlimited greens, reduced rates for cart rentals and allows tee times to be made one week in advance. This membership allows you to participate in any club-sponsored events, leagues and sanctioned groups. In addition, you are entitled to in-house charge privileges. Senior Membership: In recognition of our long-standing members, we recognize those members the age of 80 or over who have been a member of Kingswood Golf Club for at least five years. As a Senior member, you are an equity member and have all the privileges of a Single or Member & Spouse membership.

The cost of a Senior Membership for 2010 is $1060.00. Senior plus senior spouse is $1885.00. Senior plus non-senior spouse is $2470.00.

Non-Equity Memberships:

Affiliate Membership: This membership is for those people 40 and under who do not want to be an equity member. Because you are not required to purchase the share certificate, you are not eligible to vote. This membership does extend all of the other privileges an equity membership enjoys. When you reach the age of 41, you will be required to purchase a share at the current market value and pay any initiation fee that may be in effect at that time.

The cost of an Affiliate Membership for 2010 is $990.00

Associate Memberships: This membership entitles you to play our course seven days a week after 3:00 p.m. As an Associate member, you are not extended the full privileges of an equity membership but you do get reduced rates on cart fees. You are not eligible to play in any club-sponsored events.

The cost of an Associate Membership for 2010 is $950.00

Junior Membership: This membership is for those under the age of 19, single, living at home or a full-time student. You are entitled to play the course seven days a week after 3:00 p.m.

The cost of a Junior Membership for 2010 is $295.00
